The house is 2.2 miles (just 5 minutes) from Comal Park where there is plenty of boating, skiing, and an area roped off for swimming. Comal Park has three boat ramps in that area.
Again let me say that the house is located 0.7 mile from the Canyon Lake Golf Club.
